I have just purchased 'Delivering First Class Customer Service'  (the 2 day course) and would like to say how pleased I am with both the product and the service I received. The quality and content are excellent and I would highly recommend the company's materials and services. I also received exceptional after care response and help; the company went that 'extra mile' in delivering their own customer service. A great company to deal with. Thanks Delia

A really informative guide to the crucial key points of Project Management, obviously written by someone who has been there and done it successfully many times over.  Taking on board just some of these tips would raise the standard of most projects, putting them all into action guarantees the standards needed for success.  (50 tips for Project Management)

I worked with Denzil Williams [from Spearmint] closely on a project dealing with the automation of performance reporting.
Denzil managed to combine a very direct approach whilst at the same time being extremely personable. This was very effective when it came to persuading others, taking decisions and agreeing on time schedules. He was not afraid to make decisions and was very objective and impartial in his approach.

His high level of organization and ability to undertake several tasks simultaneously was also something that I found impressive
Denzil was also a very good line manager, being approachable at all times and proactive in giving advice.

Beverley Williams [from Spearmint] has first class management and training experience and an inexhaustible supply of original ideas for developing training materials that really work. I have worked with her on several projects and she delivers on time, every time to an exceptional standard. She has a real gift for getting the best from any training or project group.

Some people have a weakness for chocolates, but I have a weakness for practical tips; things that I can easily do that will help me to be more effective. So, if you want tried and tested tips (as opposed to chocolates!), spearmint books is a veritable treasure trove.

What we wanted to point out was how good we have found these booklets as revision tools . It has saved us writing study notes in some areas. Study material for this course can prove to be really expensive. These booklets are affordable for all whatever their budget.

The booklet is extremely helpful to busy professionals like myself. The concise language and user friendly format makes it a first choice when planning and revising meeting procedures.  55 Tips for Successful Meetings

The books were very helpful - good common sense advice which will help new pupils settle.

Although we point out some of these things to our prospective new boarders, this booklet sums up the key points (and some we often forget to mention!) very succinctly.  50 Tips for Starting Boarding School

I really liked 55 Tips for Handling Difficult Situations, there are quite a few that stood out for me and I'm going to put them into action. The booklets look good too which is important.

'As a graphic designer I tend to think in images and colours. I found the poem in  'If you painted your life'  very expressive. As the poem suggests, the dominant colours and hues change as life changes, but you can take charge of your life by 'taking back the brush' and painting in colours from a brighter palette. Art is often used as a therapy and this is a very lively way of encouraging that idea. An inspirational book!'
