Course Overview

This highly practical two day programme helps participants to develop and improve the skills necessary to carry out effective appraisals.  The workshop introduces/reminds participants of the principles and skills necessary for effective objective setting and appraisal interviewing.

 

Designed For

 

Managers/Supervisors/Team Leaders who are responsible for conducting the appraisals of their direct reports and for setting team and individual objectives.  It is also invaluable for HR staff who are responsible for counselling staff or managing/administering the performance management processes.
