Group exercise plus presentations
(can also be used for individuals )
Candidates are supplied with the values and brief background of an organisation. They are then given a range of proposals for potential community projects and asked to select the most appropriate one for the organisation.
As a group, they debate the merits of each proposal and decide which ones they will support as individuals. The group then sub divides and each smaller group prepares a presentation asking senior management (The Assessors) for support for their project.
This exercise assesses judgement, influencing skills, presentation and communication skills. Full candidate instructions and assessor guidance notes are included.
